At Shark Robot, we want you to love your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
